Mario Kart Blue Shell cross stitch pattern

The infamous Blue Shell. AKA The Equalizer. A gift from the gods only to whomever is in last place. Sometimes, even if you know you can't win, you can take a little comfort in  taking someone else down with you.

This cross stitch pattern would make a great gift for that gamer in your life, its appeal spanning multiple generations. We've all known the agony of getting hit with that blue shell right before the end of the game, or the perverse joy of releasing one during the final leg of the last lap just to make sure that whoever was in the lead would get knocked down a peg.

This pattern would be a great project for a beginning stitcher. Check out my series of cross stitching lessons on youtube.
